Things we built, and what they changed.

A cross-section of recent projects. Several clients are under NDA, so names are on request.

Custom softwareWeb & mobile

Inventory management system

Stock levels, purchase orders and movement between locations in one system, with the same interface on a phone as on a desktop — so counts happen on the floor instead of being written on paper and typed in later. Low stock flags itself before anyone has to go looking.

Custom softwareIn store

Point of sale system

A till built around how the counter actually works: fast item lookup, split payments, returns and a day-end total that reconciles itself — with the stock count moving as each sale goes through.

Video · SocialOngoing

YouTube and Instagram for creators

Ongoing edit and delivery for creators running both at once: the long cut for the channel, the same footage recut vertical for reels, thumbnails, captions and a posting rhythm that does not depend on anyone remembering. They film it — everything after that is ours.

Software · E-commerceReplatform

Online store rebuilt as custom software

A storefront that had outgrown its platform, rebuilt as software the business owns. The catalogue, the pricing rules and the order flow now work the way the business does, instead of the business working around the template.

Graphic designIdentity

Logo, design system and templates

A mark, the type and colour that sit with it, and then the templates the business actually runs on afterwards — social posts, decks, invoices, signage. Set up so somebody in the office can make the next one without coming back to us for it.

E-commerceShopify

Clothing store on Shopify

A clothing label set up on Shopify: collections, size and colour variants, and a checkout that stays out of the way. The theme is built to the brand rather than a stock one with the logo dropped in.

WebsiteManufacturing

Website for a manufacturing business

Built around the product range and the enquiry form rather than a homepage carousel. Specifications, applications and capability are organised so a buyer can find the part they came for and ask about it in the same visit.

Paid adsMeta & Google

Ad campaigns for businesses

Run end to end for businesses that need the phone to ring: the creative, the targeting, the page it points at and the weekly read on what is moving. One team owns the whole chain, so when a number changes there is no argument about whose half caused it.

WebsiteGifting

Website for a gifting brand

Catalogue up front, and bulk and corporate enquiries handled on their own path rather than squeezed through the same form as a single order — because the two buyers are not looking for the same thing and should not be asked the same questions.

WebsitesLocal business

Sites for refurbishers and local businesses

A run of smaller sites — refurbished electronics, local services, single-location companies. Same approach every time: a few pages that load fast on a phone, say plainly what the business does, and make getting in touch the obvious next thing to do.
